Tesla Model STesla Motors Unveiled their highly anticipated all electric sedan "Model S"
Tesla Motors has unveiled a sexy, and stylish new all electric car dubbed the Model S. Tesla has been teasing us for years promising that this four door stunner would blow our socks off, and still maintain a fantastic 300mpc (Miles per charge.) Provided of course that you purchase the top-of-the-line battery pack (Which will charge fully in 45 minutes or less!)
Tesla's claim to fame of course is the Tesla Roadster which has had rave reviews, and of course a price tag of roughly $125,000 dollars that is just out of reach of most consumers.
The Model S on the other hand is priced at $57,400, if you take into account the federal tax break of $7,500 for buying a hybrid/plug-in electric vehicle you are looking at a reasonable $49,900.
The Model S was an in-house project for Tesla; Tesla's goal to bring the Model S to the market in 2011 may be difficult given the current financial market. On top of growing competition from Ford, Nissan, and Chevy who are promising their very own electric vehicles. Hats off to Tesla for this beautiful all Electric vehicle.
